Contoh Sertifikat Kapal Layak Berlayar

Dalam melaksanakan pemeriksaan kapal untuk Towing & Lasing Survey ataupun On Hire Survey maka seharusnya seorang Marine Surveyor Indonesia melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap sertifikat kapal untuk memastikan kapal tersebut layak berlayar secara administrasi kepelabuhan

Berikut contoh sertifikat kapal untuk dapat dinyatakan kapal tersebut dalam kondisi layak berlayar, pastikan semua Contoh Sertifikat Kapal Layak Berlayar dibawah ini sesuai dengan aslinya jika anda hanya diberikan photocopynya saja dan pastikan Sertifikat Kapal Layak Berlayar masa dalam masa berlaku dan tidak dalam masa kadaluarsa

In compliance with the instruction from Vinsight Maritime Pte Ltd, Singapore the assigned Marine Surveyor Indonesia did attend on board the “AHT. OCEAN UNITE” On December 30, 2013 whilst she was alongside at Jetty of PT. DryDock Nanindah Shipyard, Batam  in order to carry out of Condition Survey

 The Vessel “AHT. OCEAN UNITE was surveyed while she was alongside and berthed at  PT. PT. DryDock Nanindah Shipyard, Tanjung Uncang, Batam, Indonesia.



 This survey does not represent for the condition of parts hidden/inaccessible or under water parts that could not be inspected on this occasion



We carefully conducted the inspection on the General condition of the Vessel.

Based on our inspection that the AHT. OCEAN UNITE is steel vessel of all steel welded construction with 2 (two) units Main propulsion 2 x YANMAR-6EY26 Diesel Engine 2600 HP each @750 Rpm.

The ship’s was built on the 2009 under classification of Germanischer Lloyd (GL) regulation.

Condition port and starboard shell plating were found generally in good condition.

The main engine, auxiliary engine and other machineries, deck machineries and ship’s outfitting were found in working order and well maintained.

All propulsion, main engine, auxiliary engine, deck machineries and other machineries, machineries indicators, instruments, panel control and ship’s outfitting were found in working order and well maintained.

All navigation and communication equipment such as GPS, SSB, marine VHF, echo sounder, compass, radar and etc. were found in operating order.

The safety equipments were available on board such as life buoy, life raft, life jackets and fire fighting appliances apparently in operating order.

Engine room, main switch board room, steering gear compartment and other machinery space, emergency escape/hatch way including its ladder and hatch cover were found well maintained and in good condition.

Generally the vessel’s freeboard was noted to be structurally in good condition.

Around the both side of hull was provided with half steel pipe fender and removable tire fenders where 10 (ten) tire fenders at Port and Starboard Side on main deck, 10 (ten) tire fender at  Port and Starboard Side on upper deck, 1(one) big tire fender at the bow and 2 (two) tire fender at the Stern. Each tire fender was connected by steel chain and fixed to the welded pad eyes at shell plate, the condition were noted in good condition.

The main deck structure and wooden flooring were found fully coated and good condition.

Port and starboard bulwarks with rescue zone marking, double bollards, panama cock on main deck as well as port and starboard side bulwark, double bollards and panama chock on upper deck were found in good condition. 1 (one) double bollard fitted on forward was also in good condition.

External deck house including rails, ladder, windows and deck structure found in good condition, engine exhaust funnel and ventilation were found in good condition as well.

Wheelhouse including forward and aft console, chair and the desk was found in good condition.

The top wheelhouse (Monkey Island) including mast light, rails and stairway were found in good condition.

The interior accommodation Anchor Handling Tug Ocean Unite including cabins, galley, mess room, passageway and staircase appear in good condition.

General Condition Survey of the vessel Tug Boat MRP 05
Marine Surveyor Indonesia who conduct the condition survey for tug boat ship vessel MRP 05 as per client request for check general condition prior to time charterer party


We carefully conducted the inspection on the general condition of the vessel.

Based on our inspection, TB. MRP 05 is steel tug of all steel welded construction with 2 (two) units main propulsion VOLVO PENTA: D16C-C-MH 2 x 650 BHP Diesel Engine. She was built on 2012 under classification of Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) regulation and registered at Samarinda.

Condition of port and starboard shell plating of vessel’s hull above water line were generally in good condition.

Propulsion system, main engine, auxiliary engine and other machineries including panel control were reportedly in operating order.
The deck machineries such as anchor winch reportedly in working order. Towing hook was found in good condition.

Navigation and communication equipment such as GPS, marine VHF radio, compass, indicators and instrument panel control were found in good operating order.

The safety equipment available on board such as life buoy, life raft, life jackets and fire fighting appliances are in good operating order.

Engine room, machineries space and steering gear compartment appeared well maintained and noted to be in good condition.

Generally the vessel’s freeboard was noted to be structurally in good condition.
Around the vessel’s hull and beside constructed with half steel pipe fender provided with removable tire fenders.
Each tire fender was connected by steel chain and fixed to the welded pad eyes at shell plate, the condition were noted in good condition.

The main deck and forecastle deck structure including bulwark were found in good condition.
External deck house or super structure including rails, ladder, windows and deck structure found in good condition, exhaust funnel and ventilation were found in good condition as well.

The top wheelhouse (monkey island) including mast light, rails and ladder were found in good condition. Wheelhouse including console and desk was found in good condition.
The interior accommodation, cabins, galley, store, toilet including staircase generally appear in good condition.
