In 1968, Captain Hein Christopher Tiwan founded and established CARSURIN as a private company specializing in independent surveying and superintending services. Since its inception, CARSURIN has expanded its services from cargo survey to other commodities, such as coal, petroleum, chemicals including petrochemicals, liquefied gases, cotton and other damage cargo.

During our duty from 1995 onward, almost my jobs was base at Batam, Indonesia.
