We have inquire to survey on board MT. Royal Prime, this survey for P and I protection, the survey call as Pre Loading Survey Steel Pipe.
The survey must be reported condition of cargo at open yard of the shipper before loading operation was commencement, like this report;
Before Loading, the cargo was stacked at open yard of PT. Citra Tubindo Tbk premises was stowed on open yard and not properly covered with plastic sheet for protection and exposed to weather and dust. The cargoes were losses packed, coated and provided with cover protector at both and side of pipes. Prior to loading some cargoes were found dust stained, spot rusted and slightly scratched at several places on externally surface.
The survey also mentioned what appliance was using for the cargo were loaded on to the cargo holds from the truck trailers by using 1 (one) unit shore crane of 100 tons SWL or the other appliance was playable .
