Variable Condition Steel Pipe on Pre Loading Survey

During pre loading survey steel pipe, the surveyor must be attending at open yard area to monitor the cargo loading one by one to minimize the damaged of cargo during loading and the pointing the cargo damage was found before loading operation was commencement.

record of condition the steel pipe during loading like below inspection;

§ The cargo was stowed on open yard at the shipper premises and not properly covered by a plastic sheet for protection and exposed to weather and dust.

§ The cargoes were losses packed, coated and provided with cover protector at both and side of pipes. Prior to loading some cargoes were found dust stained, spot rusted and slightly scratched at several places on externally surface.

§ The cargo was stowed on cargo hold’s deck space in lengthwise position.

§ No Cargo damaged during loading operation.

§ No shorted/over landed cargo.
