The TB. TIGA BERLIAN & BG. SATYA 1 was surveyed again on May 09 - 11, 2010. The survey was conducted in order to check the cargo condition, tug boat and barge condition which generally was found in satisfactory condition. The cargo stowage, lashing and towing arrangements are sufficient and the vessels are fit to proceed with their voyage from jetty of Citra Nusa Kabil port, Batam to Jambi Merang Project at SK Jetty, South Sumatera.

At the time before the cargo stowed on board the barge we noted that the heavy cargo of Amine Regenerator and De Ethanizer from PT. HEI were stowed at the warehouse's of PT. Heat Exchanger Indonesia premises.
Loading the cargo by the Kamag device of Mammoet Tranportation for inland transportation was carried out. The cargo concerned was carefully handled in order to prevent any risk of damage and then properly stowed on the Kamag Mammoet deck in lengthwise position. During inland voyage transportation from PT. HEI Batam premises to jetty of Citra Nusa Kabil port distance about 1.5 km, no damage was reported.
Loading the cargo on to the barge's deck was carried out by means of shore crane CUY100 Ejar capacity 80 Tons SWL for boxes and accessories.
The cargo concerned was carefully handled in order to prevent any risk of damage and then properly stowed on the barge's deck in lengthwise position.
